Technical Recruiter - Life Sciences

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with a national database of senior level consultants in the LifeSciences space. They will maintain contact with these consultants and assist them in finding employment by filling consulting positions the Account Executive team generates.

This role will be based in our growing Palm Beach Gardens office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, schedule, interview qualified candidates while matching them to our current openings.
  • Ability to use creative sourcing tools and techniques such as; Monster, CareerBuilder, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, to attract potential candidate for our openings.
  • Draft and post job descriptions via web and other company resources
  • Resume mining using Boolean techniques
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
  • Maintain and increase candidate pool according to weekly and monthly goals
  • Ability to effectively negotiate pay rates with candidates to effectively close deals
  • Build relationships, coach, develop and manage qualified candidates and employees on assignment leading to better communication.
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Effectively communicate a marketable presentation of a qualified candidate for submittal purposes to internal account managers
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Recruiting experience (preferably prior agency) or completion of BDN Boot Camp and demonstrated knowledge of Recruiter competencies.
