Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified employees through appropriate sourcing, recruiting and talent acquisition efforts.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
Work with hiring managers and the Corporate Recruiting team to understand requirements and source candidates for all available positions
Drive an exceptional candidate experience
Conduct phone interviews and greet candidates onsite as needed
Communicate with passive job seekers through e-mail, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, social media and other innovative sourcing tactics
Be a brand ambassador for BDN
Ability to implement and execute on targeted sourcing initiatives


EDUCATION:

Four-year college degree preferred 


EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of corporate or staffing related recruiting experience
