Sourcing Specialist

The primary responsibility will be driving our candidate sourcing efforts to help us build a qualified and robust candidate pipeline. Sourcing is a major part of our hiring strategy, so the candidate should be confident in his/her abilities to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with top talent. 

Accountabilities: 

  • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines 
  • Work with hiring managers and the Corporate Recruiting team to understand requirements and source candidates for all available positions
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience 
  • Conduct phone interviews and greet candidates onsite as needed 
  • Communicate with passive job seekers through e-mail, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, social media and other innovative sourcing tactics 
  • Be a brand ambassador for BDN
  • Ability to implement and execute on targeted sourcing initiatives 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales sourcing experience preferred
  • Passionate about recruiting
  • A data and metrics-driven approach with the ability to make sense of goals and numbers
  • Experience in use of Boolean search and other competitive analysis tools
  • Creative in sourcing strategies and know how to keep up with new technologies and platforms
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes a proactive approach when working with internal clients
  • Champion for the employer brand and candidate experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Social Media recruiting, and Applicant Tracking Systems
