The Account Executive will be responsible for presenting Black Diamond Networks to technical hiring managers as a resource to fill their contract staffing needs.
Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including proper identification of clients, projects, business benefits and ability to identify key contacts/decision makers/hiring managers
Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, referrals, lead generation, etc.
Prospect, develop, maintain and close business
Ability to effectively negotiate client contracts
Implement prospecting strategy according to individual territory dynamics on a daily and weekly basis to prioritize sales time in order to secure as many new orders as possible.
Research potential client job order opportunities using all resources available – e.g. BDN order/placement history, internal leads, websites (facilities, competitors) and other sources.
Navigate entire client organization through consistent phone and email strategy in order to cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant departments and hierarchy of decision makers.
Promote job orders including necessary qualifications to Recruiters via email (“Order Alerts”) and presentations, to most quickly identify interested & available BDN candidates with highest likelihood to fill based on client criteria (skills, timeframe, etc.).
Meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly qualified lead quotas
Meets and exceeds daily activity expectations (calls, emails, total contacts)
Manages and tracks activities and progress in eRecruit.com
Follows up on leads in a timely and professional manner
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of business-to-business development experience and/or completion of the BDN Account Executive Training Program with demonstrated knowledge of the Account Executive competencies.
Previous work in the Technology field is preferred.
Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
